All Star Realty, Inc requires tenants to provide notice of your intent to vacate, on or before the 1st of the month that you intend to vacate. Ex: if you want to vacate by Nov. 30, 2000 you would give your notice on or before Nov. 1, 2000. Waiting until after the first would hold you responsible until the following month.
